Whoever you are, and wherever you may live, our website has been created with you in mind. We are here to provide all the information you might need in order to make raw food eating as easy and enjoyable as possible, as well as providing very useful support systems.
We are an organisation whose sole aim is to help make people's lives better, happier and healthier through pure living nutrition and other positive lifestyle changes. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" where you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or mail. Please note that if there is any variation in invoice totals we will advise of the reason and the difference before shipping to obtain your agreement.
There is no minimum order value. We accept all orders, no matter how large or small.
If you are an existing trade customer and would like to order your goods online with your usual discount, please send an email to email@example.com or alternatively ask our customer service team for more information.
|Shipping And Handling The cost of shipping varies according to the weight of the product. Postage costs vary according to your country. You can see your postage costs as you check out of the online shop. Please check these at the checkout before you confirm your order.|
UK orders over £95 will be shipped for free.
|Delivery Schedule Although we can't guarantee it, we do our utmost to ensure that all orders placed before 2pm within the UK are delivered the next working day, unless otherwise stated. Depending on the weight and contents of your order, we either use a next-day courier service, or a first class postage service. Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.|
We are happy for your package to be left in the perimeters of your property or with work colleagues at your specific request. However, in these circumstances, we are wholly unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|

|Returns Policy All returns must be authorised by The Fresh Network Prior to return. We will be happy to arrange collection, but a charge will be made if goods have to be collected due to customer error. All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging.|
