Pat Reeves was diagnosed with "terminal" bone cancer 30 years ago. Today she is a busy practitioner of nutritional and functional medicine, she counts marathons and triathlons among her hobbies, and she has won national and international powerlifting competitions. And....she still has cancer, yet she is in vibrant health and it is mostly in remission.

How did she achieve this? Through a tireless search for the very best natural methods for fighting cancer at its cellular level and now, for the first time, she shares her years of painstaking research. This book makes a great reference source for those who simply want to do all they can to stay healthy, but for those who have cancer or are supporting a loved one through it, it is a must-have guide.

Near the end of the book we read Reeves’s list of 46 tips for living life to the full. Nutrition, living foods, detoxing and proper hydration all figure, of course, but the majority of the advice relates to the mental and emotional spheres.
