Serves one


1 ripe mango, peeled and stoned
? cup of lucuma powder
? cup of mesquite powder
1 dessertspoon of agave nectar
? cup of shelled hemp seeds
? cup of coconut water
1 teaspoon of coconut oil

Blend everything in a Vita-Mix until really smooth and creamy. Serve with hemp seed sprinkles.
