 | An evening with Drs Brian and Anna Maria Clement
Monday December 1, 2008 7pm-9:30pm Friends House, 173-177 Euston Road, London NW1 2BJ (Opposite Eustons rail and tube stations) Doors open at 6:15pm and close at midnight
After a sold-out event in March we are excited to welcome back the world-renowned experts from the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida. The topic this time: raw rejuvenation.
You may well have heard of Brian and Anna Maria. They are co-directors of the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida - the complementary healing centre that was voted 'no 1 medical spa in the world' by the prestigious Spa Magazine.
Both Brian and Anna Maria have spent the past 25 years conducting ground-breaking research into nutrition and health, ensuring that what they share is always right at the cutting edge. This event is a rare opportunity to hear them speak in the UK.
The Clements are world experts on the use of raw and living foods for youthful longevity and vibrant health, combining over six decades of experience between them.
Living foods are unique in that they are the most nutrient-packed, enzyme-rich, life-force-filled foods on the planet. And, as Brian and Anna Maria have spent their careers scientifcally documenting, when they make up a large part of the diet the changes these foods bring about on a cellular level are nothing short of miraculous.
Topics they will be covering in the December lecture include: * Why much of what we refer to as "aging" is less about the passage of time than you may think, and more about the lifestyle choices we make.
* How to eliminate the foods, substances and habits that will prematurely age you.
* The role of nutrient-rich living foods in rejuvenation and longevity.
* Why its not just about what you eat, but also how much.
* How the right diet protects your cells from the cumulative damage we call "aging".
* The other lifestyle habits you need to know about in order to reach your potential for rejuvenation and longevity.
Those of you who have heard Brian and Anna Maria speak before will know that their knowledge and passion for this subject know no bounds. This is what makes them two of the most sought-after speakers in the fields of optimum nutrition and holistic health today.
And like all of our events this one will be a fabulous opportunity to meet lovely people just like you and also to take advantage of some very special offers in the Fresh Network store.
We will have the majority of products from our online store on sale, with most of them at an amazing 20% off and the rest at 10% off, and plenty of time during the evening for shopping. On offer will be nuts, seeds and other raw food staples, gourmet packaged raw foods, superfoods, supplements, kitchen equipment, detox aids and other health essentials, plus back issues of Get Fresh! magazine, and a huge selection of brilliant books. All attendees will also go away with a special goodie bag from us.

Finally, the venue will now be open until midnight, not the previously announced 10:15pm. This is by popular demand, given how many customers said they'd have liked more time for shopping after our last evening lecture. So here is the agenda for the night:
Doors open at 6:15 - get there for then and you'll have 45 minutes before the start of the lecture to browse, shop, buy food, meet old friends and/or make new ones. Lecture from 7:00pm to 9:30pm - with a break in the middle. Venue open until midnight - giving you more time after the lecture to shop, eat and mingle at a leisurely pace.
