Directions: For an extra special treat, prepare a nice atmosphere for your bath. Dim the lights or light some candles. Fill the bath with warm water (but not too hot, as this will dry your skin). Mix a few large handfuls of bath salts into the running water. The more salts, the better. Once you’re in the bath, breathe deeply a few times and let yourself unwind and relax.

You can also use the salts in the shower if a bath is not possible. To use in the shower, take a small amount in the palm of your hand and rub over the skin gently to exfoliate and leave the skin feeling smooth and fresh, with a fragrance that will last for hours.
